Affordable Housing Materials and Techniques

Affordable housing is the near future of the modern world. With the over increasing population the tendency to have a home at reduced and sustainable rate is increasing day by day. So to have a solution at the major growing issue of the population in addition with the growth in poverty, and the need of the population for a growth in standard housing the techniques and materials of affordable housing is having a great impact on the market.With the 30% reduction in the construction costs of the homes with affordable housing this method is proving to be gaining success in the market. The tendancy and the mentality of the people towards affordable housing has be increased for having a well home at a reduced price with all accomodities of a normal house built with non-afforadable techniques and materials.This paper elaborates about the need and the various materials and techniques which are used for affordable housing.
